How will the driver find me at the airport?
The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name sign. You can set the sign text in the request: usually the guest name or the company name.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number to the request, so we follow the actual landing time. Our manager will confirm the waiting details when confirming the booking.
Can I book a transfer at night?
Yes, we work 24/7, including night and early flights.
Can I book the return airport transfer at the same time?
Yes, switch on "I also need a return transfer" in the form and enter the date and time.
Do you meet guests at other airports in Uzbekistan?
Yes, besides Tashkent we meet guests in Samarkand, Bukhara and other cities. Choose the airport in the request.
How is the price calculated?
By vehicle class and route. Our manager quotes the price before the trip.
